ReadWithDucky is an AI-powered PDF reading assistant that helps you understand complex documents by providing explanations for selected text. The service includes PDF upload, viewing, text selection, and AI-generated explanations.

3. User Accounts

To use ReadWithDucky, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 13 years old to use this service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
  • Share your account with others or sell access
  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models

5. Subscription Plans

ReadWithDucky offers different subscription plans with varying message limits. Your subscription determines the number of AI explanations you can request per month. Unused messages do not roll over to the next month.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your documents for the purpose of providing our service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. AI-Generated Content

The explanations generated by our AI are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You should verify important information from authoritative sources.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReadWithDucky is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
